Best reasons to reach out

Send me a note if you want to discuss a partnership, a podcast or interview, speaking at your event, a press inquiry, or a product support question that needs a human.

For general conversation and behind-the-scenes updates, the newsletter is the better channel. For questions about a specific product I've launched, the fastest path is through that product's own support system.

What I won't respond to: generic cold pitches, SEO or link-building offers, crypto or NFT schemes, and recruiter spam.

I respond to most relevant emails within seven days. Longer if I'm deep in a launch, but I always reply.
